Who is Olivier ?

Hi, my name is Olivier.

Originally trained as an industrial engineer specialising in electronics, I spent nearly thirty years contributing to the industrial expansion and offshoring of a Belgian company. That period took me far from home, bringing me into contact with diverse cultures and inspiring people.

I am married, a father of four and a grandfather of two lovely little boys.

In my spare time, you’ll often find me out on the water, walking in nature, or simply enjoying the sun and the peace and quiet. For me, reading, practising and continuing to discover new things are an integral part of my work as a coach.

Around the age of forty, I suffered a severe burnout. At a time when little was known about such conditions, it took a long time to understand what was happening to me. That period forced me to slow down and learn to listen again — to my body, my limits and myself.

During that journey, I discovered how my high sensitivity and ADHD, whilst giving me great strength, had also formed patterns that were draining me. I began to delve into mental and physical wellbeing, the workings of the brain and the nervous system, hormonal balance, nutrition, sleep, movement and the natural rhythm of life. Today, I see life, nature and the people around me in a different light. I left my job as an engineer to make room for what has become essential to me: being there for people who are stuck, searching or recovering. Not to change them, but to experience freedom together once more — free from expectations, learned patterns and the constant ‘that’s how it should be’.

I’m still learning every day – about myself, about others, about life. Through trial and error, and sometimes by stumbling over the same stone again. I want to share that experience with people going through a similar process: whether they’re dealing with stress, an energy crisis or burnout, but also with partners and family members who don’t understand what’s happening to someone they care about.
