Reiki – a three-level training course

Reiki is a simple and gentle way of working with mindfulness and touch.

For centuries, many cultures have practised forms of care centred on presence and the laying on of hands. Reiki aligns with this tradition and invites us to reconnect with the life force present within each of us.
Practising Reiki is not a technique to be mastered, but first and foremost an attitude: being present, with respect, openness and kindness — towards yourself and others.

I enjoy sharing this in a safe group setting, where light-heartedness and depth can coexist.
With space for silence, experience and sharing — sometimes with a smile, sometimes with emotion.
The full training consists of three levels (usually spread over three weekends of two days each).
Each level builds gently on the previous one.

Level 1 – Coming home to yourself
The first level focuses on self-care and self-aware connection.
You’ll learn to treat yourself, work with simple forms of meditation and develop a refined sensitivity to your own energy and boundaries.
This level is an invitation to look after yourself first.

Level 2 – Deepening and Supporting Others
In the second degree, we deepen the practice.
Symbols and intention are integrated into the work, and you learn to use Reiki in a more targeted way to support others.
The emphasis remains on respect, attunement and inner clarity.

Level 3 – Mastery
The third level is a deepening of our exploration of what it means to truly embody Reiki in your life.
It is less about ‘doing more’ and more about ‘being present’...
Maturity, responsibility and supportive care for yourself and your fellow human beings are the words.

Each step can be taken at your own pace.
There is no obligation to complete all levels.
You are free to choose what suits your path.

Is REIKI something for me?

You don’t need any prior knowledge.
You don’t need to be able to ‘sense’ anything.
You don’t need to believe in anything.

Perhaps you’re simply curious.
Perhaps you’re looking for more peace or depth in your life.
Perhaps you want to learn how to look after yourself or those around you better.

Reiki requires no special aptitude.
Just a willingness to be present, to practise and to remain open to learning.

Are you unsure? Then you’re welcome to get in touch.
Together, we’ll take our time to see if this is right for you at the moment.
