Mental, emotional and stress counselling
Individual session (1 / 1.5 hours) €70 / €100
Coaching programme (5 sessions of 1 hour) €300
Following an initial intake session, we’ll work together over five sessions in a way that’s both in-depth and constructive.
Relaxation or deep tissue massage
Back, neck and shoulder massage (1 hr/1.5 hrs) €70 / €100
Full-body reset massage (2 hours) €140
Chair massage (30 minutes) €40
Targeted relaxation for the head, neck, back and arms.
Recovery programme (3 sessions of 1 hour) €200
For those who feel their body needs a little more time and follow-up

An in-depth programme to release tension step by step.

The training consists of three levels.
